Challenge 1: Print & Collateral
The hotel's print materials had drifted — pieces from different seasons looked like different hotels. I redesigned the grand opening collateral as a system: consistent type, refined palette, layouts that worked across formats. Every piece should feel like the same place.

Challenge 2: Email & Social
Past guests weren't re-engaging; social had lost its visual identity. I designed an email template system around hero photography, personalized messaging, and a single CTA per send. For social, I proposed a content framework — three pillars (the space, the neighborhood, the experience) — with a visual style that felt less like hotel marketing and more like a place you want to be.
